Isla Socorro
Isla Socorro is an island located 290 miles south southwest of Cabo San Lucas, at the southern tip of Baja California, and 360 miles west south west of the Mexican coast near Puerta Vallarta. The island is about 10 miles north to south and 9 miles east to west. The highest point is 3445 feet above sea level. The impact that formed it has alignments to 1335 miles in radius and possibly beyond. The images are expandable to 1366 pixels wide without loss of definition.

The first evidence of this impact is on the Baja California peninsula at 435 miles to the north. This is the same river as shown for the 1985 mile radius wave from the Mt. Burdett Meteor Impact in British Columbia.  However, this wave formed the valley for the south branch of the river, and the Mt. Burdett wave formed the valley for the north branch.

This same ring appears om the coase at 435 miles to the northeast.
